T & V Grainger (Consultants)
was established in 1992 to provide consulting services
in the design and management of petroleum systems in
the retail, commercial and industrial arenas.
Over the years this has extended to offering advice
for companies that require a dangerous goods licence
from WorkCover.
Although obtaining a licence from work cover does not
cost anything, the documents submitted to WorkCover
need to be signed by an accredited dangerous goods consultant.
T & V Grainger (Consultants) are
accredited with Work Cover NSW for the approval of installations
with the following class of dangerous goods:
Class 2.1 – Flammable Gasses, e.g. LPG
Class 3 – Flammable and Combustible Liquids, e.g.
Petrol and paint
Class 4 – Solid Combustibles.
Class 5 – Oxidising Agents and Organic Peroxides,
e.g.
Class 6.1 – Poisonous and Toxic Substances, e.g.
Class 8 – Corrosive Substances, e.g.
Class 9 – Miscellanous.
Terry Grainger is also a member of
the Australian Dangerous Goods Institute, which is the
new governing body for dangerous goods consultants.
